Our Story

We are not a bank.

When you do well, we do well.

Why We Started

We started Splitero to provide homeowners with better options to access home equity without new debt or additional monthly payments. Our founders are career real estate experts who witnessed firsthand the lack of resources available to homeowners when they most need to access the value trapped in their home equity.

Our Approach

Splitero provides homeowners a lump-sum of cash in exchange for a share of their home’s appreciation or depreciation. These Home Equity Investments (HEIs) help homeowners use their home equity to better their lives. Our unique approach allows us to provide long-term support and services, thereby significantly decreasing the cost to homeowners.
